Now that my beauty queen has been given time to catch her breath she decides to answer some of my questions.
She turns out to be quite witty and sarcastic in the same breath. A good trait if you want to make it far in Beauty Pageants.
One thing I have noticed in my years coaching beauty queens is that they take themselves way too seriously. The delegates that go into it well trained and have a good sense of humor are the ones that rise to the top.
My beauty queen is finished with the hard part of the workout. Working on her abdominal area better known as the stomach, belly or abs doesn’t take a whole lot of fancy moves to get the symmetry she wants just the right type of exercises…in the right order.
